Bikram Yoga consists of 26 asanas (postures) done in a heated room to work the entire body while flushing out toxins. The series is designed to restore internal organs to optimal health and oxygenate 100% of the body.
Benefits include: increased stamina, stress reduction, mental clarity, flexibility, weight reduction, and balance. All levels welcome.
