About Judy
Judy Louie has been teaching yoga since 1995 when she finished her Bikram Yoga teacher training. Her new found passion for yoga has since brought her to learn and train with many inspiring teachers; Ana Forrest, Baron Baptiste, Paul Grilley, Baba Hari Das and more.
In 1999 Judy opened Bikram Yoga Kauai and was the Owner/Director for 10 years. She continues to lead week-long yoga retreats to Hawaii and Internationally.
